"Every time I read the Avenues mission statement, I can’t help but feel excitement. It is a mission statement that talks to the student. Reading it makes me want to be a student all over again. I want to have the confidence to strive for what I’m passionate about and be an artist even if I lack conventional artistic talent. I want to make a difference in the world and build a life that will transcend the ordinary."
As director of admissions at Avenues São Paulo, my job is to meet with families and inform them of a new option for their children’s education. Along with the admissions team, I make sure their questions are answered and concerns are heard. It is important for us to share with them the highlights of an Avenues education and our very real excitement at building a new community in São Paulo.
